Flashy, beautiful
head and neck, elegant filly that should be tall - two hind stockings and a
bald face with dark eyes complete the package! A full sister to this
2004 colt

Skipper W bred on the top side, out of a Western
Pleasure bred mare - smooth, easy mover, elegant filly, pretty head and
face. This filly ran into the barn door as a yearling and the vet believes
she dislocated her shoulder. She has recuperated from that quite well - she
gradually improved over the summer of 2007 and by fall she was sound on it,
but not going out of her way to run and play much. She continued to improve
over the winter, and has built the muscle back up that atrophied during her
injury and recuperation. She's sound and moving out well on it, she runs
and plays and is usually the one who starts the games with the other
fillies, so I know she's feeling good about moving out on it. I believe she
will certainly be broodmare sound, and I also believe she can be ridden. I
am not sure that she'd be up to the rigors of hard daily riding - only time
will tell on that issue. She's friendly and sweet, ought to mature out 15.2

mare.

Sold!!
This horse has been a part of our family here
since 1999, and has been quite an asset to our program along the way.
He has been started, and is ready for you to finish out in the direction of
your choice. He would make a great ranch horse, and I believe he'd do
working cow. He is nimble and athletic and is ready to go to work for
you. He has a beautiful head, and stamps his babies with his head and
lots of athleticism. |

Sold!!!
We bought this colt when he was five days old, and got him home as a
weanling in the fall of 2001. He only has two babies on the
ground, and those are the
buttermilk buckskin 2004 colt
and the 2006 sorrel bald-faced filly , who are
full brother and sister. Both have beautiful heads & necks, and
will be tall, flashy and elegant. He has also been started
and is ready for you to finish out in the direction of your choice.
He is well over 16 hh, flashy and fast - would make a roping horse or
general all around using-type horse.

"Button" - 2006 APHA black and white filly -
Whizzy x Raven, black and white homozygous
mare.
|
This nice
young mare is "Button's" mamma, and is available as either an open mare
or as a 2 in 1 package. She is approximately 15.1 hh, has
a pretty head and a nice hip. Little "Button" is, of course, her first
baby, and she didn't arrive until August 4th, and I simply felt it was too
late to re-breed her at that time for a 2007 baby. Being a first-time mamma
and all, I decided to just give her the year off. If she's still here in
the spring, she'll be bred in mid to late May for a 2008 foal, although I've
not decided yet just who to breed her to. This baby by Whizzy is a super
nice filly, but if I breed her to Chico, my homozygous Paint stud, she'd
throw a homozygous baby, so the jury's still out on that. If she's sold
now, I'll throw in a breeding to the stud of the owner's choice in the
spring. This mare was also sold to me as being broke to ride, but I have
not ridden her. |

Meet the #1 son of Peanut |

2004 colt
by Skips Awesome
Shadow x Hired Foxy Hanna
Pedigree |
This is the first foal by Peanut, (Skips Awesome Shadow), our palomino Skipper W stallion, and boy is he a dandy! This colt has a head and neck to die for, is an incredibly smooth and easy mover, has lots of muscle definition and color to boot. He's buckskin, with gray eyes and a lot of silvering in his mane and tail. He's got a "smudge" just under his left eye and another under his forelock, a strip and a snip, and two short socks in the rear. This colt is something special, and has "Stud Prospect" written all over him. He is Incentive Fund Registered. His sire, Peanut, is a fifth generation palomino, so the color gene in this colt is strong. This colt's dam is western pleasure bred, and this
boy has a real smooth, elegant way of moving. If this colt is left a stallion, we reserve the right to five breedings to him over his lifetime. |

This Appendix Registered mare threw a nice
chestnut filly by Whizzy for 2006
("Emmy Lou")
, and a bay stud colt by Whizzy for 2005 ("Red") and is bred back for a
full sibling for 2007. When I bought this mare, she was sold to me as
being broke to ride, but I've not ridden her. She stands about 15.1 hh,
is pleasant to be around and has no vices.

Pedigree

Check out the pedigree and the definition in this May, 2004 filly by RLB Bueno Image (Whizzy). From Daddy Whizzy's side, she's got Poco Bueno, Otoe, Jessie James and a couple of extra shots of King. From Mamma's side, she's got Doc Bar, Poco Tivio twice, MORE Poco Bueno, Triple's Image and Showdown! When this filly hit the ground I thought about calling her "Spider" because she was so long-legged. She's going to be big and tall and stout and is showing a lot of that Foundation breeding in her conformation. Daddy's 15.3
hh /1,350# and still growing, and I believe this filly will be a good solid 15.2. Mamma is a "tank" herself, though she's only about 14.3. This filly is quick but still quiet and easy going, friendly and just wants to get along with you. She has a big kind liquid eye. This mare will make a good level-headed mountain horse, roping horse, or just a good versatile all-around horse. |
